We were good enough to fight for their freedom,
But they feel they need to manage our affairs.

There is a lot of information to put together for our veterans...but soon you will understand what happened and who did what...We'll have sound files from board meetings and meeting minutes you can read. You'll see how one minute the Veterans Committee was told one thing and then after taking the direction from the county...told something else.

The Veterans of Cheboygan County have NO idea what they lost.  Not yet anyways...

I also what to say that the Cheboygan County Veterans Affairs helped out the surrounding counties as well. Cheboygan County Veterans are not the only veterans who lost.

The Cheboygan County Veterans Office has posted a description of their services on www.cheboygancounty.net Check it out and see how the process now works for any help and some programs are listed that they will continue...Like the PTSD program. If you are in need of any help with just that one program for example....hang in there....they will get to you sometime in the Fall.
